XBD-TD vertical single-stage fire pump set is a new product developed by our company according to market demand and combined with the basis of advanced pump types at home and abroad. The product performance and technical conditions meet the requirements of the GB6245-2006 "Fire Pump" standard.
XBD-TD vertical single-stage fire pump set consists of motor and pump. The pump and motor are coaxial. The pump structure includes pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal and other parts. The inlet and outlet of the pump are on the same horizontal axis, and the diameter and specification are the same, which is extremely convenient for loading and unloading, and occupies a small area.

The pump is provided with a safety base, which is easy to install and increases the stability of the pump operation. The pump seal adopts mechanical seal, which has the characteristics of reliable sealing and no leakage. The axial force of the pump is balanced by the balance hole of the impeller. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are designed according to the pressure of 1.6MPa, and the pipeline is easy to match.

Scope of application
The pump is mainly used in the pipeline pressurized water supply of the fire protection system.

It is also suitable for the water supply of fixed fire-fighting systems (fire-extinguishing systems, automatic sprinkler fire-extinguishing systems, water spray fire-extinguishing systems and fire-stabilizing systems, etc.) in industrial and civil high-rise buildings.

It also works for municipal, industrial and mining, boiler feed water and condensate systems, water treatment systems, filtration systems and cleaning industries.

Working Conditions
It can transfer non-flammable and explosive liquids that do not contain solid particles or fibers.
